COVID-19 Information

serving you now and always

A message to our travelers:

With concern growing, I wanted to take a moment to address the travelers and community we serve. Fayetteville Regional Airport is taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

As noted in Governor Cooper's recent stay at home order, airports are classified as essential businesses. Therefore, Fayetteville Regional Airport will remain open to serve commercial and general aviation users.

Fayetteville Regional Airport has also taken additional safety measures that include increased cleaning measures and sanitizing stations, COVID-19 informational signage, and social distancing markers throughout the terminal.
.
As Airport Director, I often tell my team that we can’t protect the flying public if we don’t take care of ourselves. So if you see airline, TSA, or any other airport employees wearing masks or donning gloves, it is for our mutual safety. I applaud my staff for the great work they continue to perform as essential workers and sincerely appreciate you for  Flying Fayetteville. Rest assured that Fayetteville Regional Airport has done everything possible to keep your travel experience smooth and environmentally safe.
